Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Identify stakeholders that have a key role during a hazardous materials incident. 2. Provide a tabletop exercise that allows open discussion between business owners, first responders, emergency management, and county officials. 3. Demonstrate the ability to alert, mobilize and activate personnel for emergency response and maintain operations until the situation is deemed under control. 4. Demonstrate the ability to mobilize, track, and demobilize equipment, people, and other resources in support of emergency operations. 5. Identify and implement appropriate actions to protect emergency workers and the public. 6. Coordinate and disseminate timely and accurate information to the media and the public.
