Specifications include, but are not limited to: Joplin High School is seeking sealed bids for our high school yearbook for a three-year period, beginning with the 2024-2025 school year. The contract shall not bind, nor purport to bind the school or district for any contractual commitment in excess of the original contract period(s). Renewals for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 or any portion thereof will be made at the sole option of Joplin High School, providing pricing remains consistent and service is satisfactory. In addition, the school/district may, at the sole discretion of the school/district, elect to negotiate two additional years (2027-2028 and 2028-2029) with the winning bidder prior to rebidding for yearbooks.
