While specific project site(s) and scope(s) of work have not been identified at this time, selected firms will be retained through June 30, 2025; project(s) and deliverables will be determined on an as-needed basis. Selected firms shall use DMRM approved processes to conduct environmental/ecological site assessments for identified reclamation site(s). Proposal(s) for assigned project(s) within the Agreement will be based on negotiated hourly fee schedule. As required by the Agreement, and as properly authorized by ODNR-DMRM, provide the following categories of Ecological Resource services: 1. Literature Review 2. Field Surveys 3. Mapping of Ecological Features 4. Environmental Permitting 5. Environmental Document Preparation The selected Firm will participate in the Encouraging Growth, Diversity & Equity (EDGE) Program as required by statute and the Agreement. For purposes of completing Relevant Project Experience Matrix in Section F of Statement of Qualifications (Form F110-330), below is a list of relevant scope of work requirements for this RFQ: • Experience with Environmental/Ecological investigations • Knowledge and/or experience in the completion of environmental documents that are associated with the NEPA process • Experience with NEPA compliance • Experience with NEPA permitting • Experience with GIS mapping of ecological features • Knowledge of AML laws and rules and familiarity with regulatory and permitting agencies having authority over environmental impact projects • Experience working for state and/or other governmental agencies under professional service contracts
