• Field review and investigation of AML sites that include AML features such as subsidence, mine openings, landslides, dangerous impoundments and dangerous highwalls, acid mine drainage, etc.; • Geotechnical investigation and analysis as required by the site(s), including soil, rock and other materials testing; • Acquisition of required site information for design and permitting, including surface topographic mapping, existing utilities, extents of jurisdictional waters, historical features, etc. • Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis of watersheds/sites; • Development of proper and DMRM approved reclamation plans pertinent to site features; • Acquisition of all required permits for construction; • Preparation of preliminary design reports, with alternative plans and estimated construction costs; • Preparation of bid-ready construction drawings, specifications and final engineer’s estimate; • AutoCad with CAD Design software for civil/geotechnical/survey capabilities; • Construction Oversight/Inspection as requested.
