Specifications include, but are not limited to: Aerial mapping services are requested to provide for proper reclamation of eligible abandoned mine land throughout the coal fields of Eastern and Southeastern Ohio. Ohio’s Abandoned Mine Land (AML) program within Division of Mineral Resources Management (DMRM) is dedicated to proper reclamation of abandoned mine sites to restore unusable lands that pose dangers to health/safety of the public and/or environment to that of productive areas for use by private and/or public landowners. Projects are initiated based on eligibility determination and initial private landowner approval to perform work on their property. DMRM will administer projects and select from ‘DMRM Consultant List’ of pre-qualified consultants. Number of pre-qualified consultants selected through this process for ‘DMRM Consultant List” is four (4). While pre-qualified status means a firm is eligible for award of contracts, DMRM does not guarantee a firm will be awarded any work or make a representation of amount of work a firm may receive. As required by the Agreement, and as properly authorized by DMRM, provide the following categories of services: • Color aerial photography • Setting permanent and temporary ground control points on State Plane coordinate system and at currently accepted national vertical datum • Collection of LiDAR points • Digital Orthoimagery • Creation of topographic mapping including surface feature (natural and man made) locations • Services meeting American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) Positional Accuracy Standards for Digital Geospatial Data • Associated documentation in AutoCad compatible format • AutoCad with survey software for survey capabilities
