1. Grandstand Restrooms (west side) • Demo and haul off all partitions. • Remove and haul off all toilet paper, towel and soap dispensers. • Sand blast walls and floors and prep for epoxy coating (in the event of any wall repair i.e. (Tuckpointing) a change order must be submitted for materials and labor) • Epoxy coating on walls and floor providing a smooth surface. (Color TBD) • Prep and paint all ceilings color to match existing. • Partitions will be ANSI solid plastic (Color TBD) provide and install urinal screens if space allows. • New mirrors 2’ x 4’ with metal band • Install new dispensers (Owner Provided) • Provide and install new grab bars in the ADA stalls. • Baby Changing Stations. Provide new laminate to tables, front and side skirts along with back splash. The existing block supports will remain and can be painted with color matching wall / floor coverings or the same epoxy coating if possible. • Exclude: All plumbing fixtures KSF staff will remove fixtures and replace. • Haul off all debris. 2. RV Park Restrooms / Shower House • Demo partitions, haul off and dump fees. • Remove toilets, urinals, shower faucets and sinks. • Media blast block walls and concrete floors. A change order for additional prep of walls must be submitted showing any additional materials and labor. • Epoxy coat floors and walls. • Clean, prep and paint ceilings • New ANSI solid plastic partitions at toilets and urinal screens - same/similar layout as existing. • Provide and install new sinks, urinals, toilets and shower faucets - 41 fixtures. • Clean and paint surface run piping • Install owner provided soap and toilet paper holders. • Benches - provide and install 4 benches in similar locations to existing using stainless steel benches. • Grab bars in ADA toilets and ADA showers. • Provide and install 2 new baby changers. • Paint existing doors and frames. • Remove and reset existing hand driers.
