Provide design recommendations and alternatives to ensure compliance or address issues as they arise. 4. Preparation of business transactional documents, such as: Exclusive Negotiation Agreements (ENA), Disposition and Development Agreements (DDA), ground leases and other related documents 5. Real Estate and economic advice on aspects of business transactions and financial terms of DDAs and ground lease agreements, including the application of prevailing wage, labor agreements, and construction or material cost impacts on various projects. 6. Economic benefit analyses, fiscal impact analyses, and valuation analyses 7. Identification and negotiation of short-term leases
