Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Identify public engagement and public relations programs or sections of State and Federal government offices who may assist the Vector Control Board with statewide vector control outreach strategy and implementation. • Coordinate with public engagement and public relations programs or sections of State and Federal government offices and assist the Information and Education Coordinator with statewide vector control outreach strategy and implementation • Develop an outreach strategy that: o Acknowledges how invasive species and emerging threats due to climate change threaten human health and Hawaiian lifestyles o Includes proposed branding and establishes a framework for procurement of necessary supplies to execute the outreach plan o Counters, addresses and dispels misinformation
