Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Vendor must provide on-demand tutoring – no appointment necessary – and demonstrate the scale of tutoring supply to cover 24 hours, 7 days a week at least 361 days a year with low wait times. • Vendor must provide, 24/7 tutoring on demand at a minimum, in the following subjects: math, writing and English, science, and social studies. • Vendor must provide 24/7, on-demand tutoring in Spanish for the following subjects: math, social studies, and science. • Vendor must provide an early alert system for tutors to alert teachers and administrators through emailed alerts of possible follow-up needed for struggling students. • Vendor response time for asynchronous essay reviews should be on average 12 hours or less. • Vendor must include supplemental resources for students including practice quizzes for Algebra, ASVAB, Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, English, Geometry, Math Fundamentals, and Physics. • Students must have the ability to designate tutors as favorites to make it easier to meet with them again. Vendor must include supplemental video lessons for English and Math. • Vendor must have an in-house technology team. • Vendor must provide an optional LIVE two-way voice tutoring sessions which allow students to connect with their tutors in real-time via two-way voice, not recorded conversations. • Vendor must provide technical support directly for students via email and phone • Vendor must record and archive all student sessions. • All audio transcripts must also be recorded and available for review. • Services must allow for accessibility for students with unique needs and learning challenges. • Vendor must facilitate student feedback at the end of every session. • Vendor’s classroom must possess whiteboard capabilities including a graphing calculator, a code editor, file sharing and a text editor. • Vendor must offer a storage capability for students to store documents used in tutoring sessions. • Vendor’s tutoring session transcripts must include all interactions between the tutor and student, with content from the interactive whiteboard, voice communications, text chat, file sharing, graphing calculator tool, text editor tool and code editor tool to ensure a safe and secure environment that can be reviewed by students, teachers, and administrators. • Students must be able to share and upload documents in multiple formats (PDF, word document, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) • Vendor must have a team of professionals dedicated to client support. Please describe your implementation and account management philosophy and processes. • Vendor must offer SAT and ACT test preparation that includes at least 10 full-length SAT and ACT practice tests, personalized study plans based on test performance results, video lessons and practice drills. • Vendor’s services must be available on a mobile device through a mobile browser as well as have mobile apps for the Android and IOS devices. All features on the platform such as test prep and drop off review services should be accessible through the mobile device.
