a. The successful Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment required to complete all assigned jobs. Contractor shall be able to start all nonemergency services with five (5) working days after notification from the Aviation Authority. b. The Contractor shall have thorough knowledge of water and wastewater systems to include sanitary sewer lift stations as well as the different components associated with the Pump equipment. The Contractor shall complete each non-emergency job within the time specified in their project estimate. c. The Contractor should provide, parts, supervision, materials, miscellaneous supplies, consumables, equipment, tools, transportation, and all other items necessary to perform services. Contractors will need to inspect proper function of pumps, floats, and/or sensors if applicable. Also remove or replace pumps and floats as needed. Clean stations inside pit and surrounding area. Inspect control panel and replace as needed. Visit site to check station operation, check level controls, verify pumps operation (manual and automatic), spray controls to protect against corrosion. Also inspect impellers, packing, seals, electrical cables, running amperes, insulation oil, and outflow pressure. d. For each piece of equipment listed on Attachment A, the Contractor shall perform a monthly inspection. During this monthly inspection the Contractor shall perform routine maintenance, and all preventative maintenance following the manufacturer’s recommendations including pump controllers, telemetry system, piping conditioning and configuration, water level sensors, wet well condition, external pumps, amperage, voltage, pipe servicing, discharge piping, inline grinders associated with sanitary waste stream.
