Specifications include, but are not limited to: Griffin Hall underwent water damage from broken pipes in December of 2022. As a result, the following scope has been prepared to address bringing the space back up to NKU standards. The Base Bid scope of work is all-encompassing of the project document: Young & Associates Room by Room insurance report. Repairs are different in each suite/room but include items listed below and the repair work has been carefully itemized by the insurance damage assessors and referenced in the Young report. Items to be addressed include: - Lighting in various areas - Painting - Floor & Base Replacement o Existing Flooring is Mfg Interface (Cubic Line) Match as close to existing - Drywall Repair - Ceiling Tile Replacement - Painting - Prep and Painting areas that currently have “write-on” walls
