Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maricopa County (County) is seeking proposals from Platinum and Platinum Elite Hyland OnBase partners interested in participating in the support and services for multiple existing OnBase Electronic Content Management Systems. Provider services include maintenance of existing and future purchases of OnBase software and licensing, professional services, staff augmentation, design, development, and implementation of new best practice solutions across on-premise or cloud-based platforms. The County intends to award contract(s) to one or more authorized providers based on responses and assessment of ability to meet defined criteria provided within this document. This will include an 1) award for licensing, maintenance, and staff augmentation, and 2) potentially multiple awards to qualified OnBase partners for professional services associated with new projects that will be executed through a task order process.
