Specifications include, but are not limited to: Water Services Facility Sites • Contractor shall conduct pH adjustment/neutralization at all Water Services facility sites. The City shall allow the Contractor or subcontractor the opportunity to walkthrough the facility in order to assess equipment needs and shall perform basic neutralization process in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. • Provide sample collection and laboratory services for analyzing the composition of hazardous materials. City staff will specify analytical methods and products desired at the time samples are obtained. Contractor to provide Chain-of-Custody document within 1 day of submittal of samples lo laboratory and provide copies of laboratory reports with final Chain-of-Custody documents. • Universal waste removal and recycling services are scheduled by the department at a minimum once a year.
