Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City acting through its Department of Property Management (DPM) is seeking bids from qualified and responsible contractors for Window and Glass services on an on-call basis for immediate need repair projects that are deemed necessary for the continued operations of cityowned or city operated facilities. The resulting contract may be used by all City departments. The City shall utilize this contract on an as needed basis. No work is guaranteed under this contract. This contract is not exclusive. II. Applicable Geographical Area This contract applies to city-owned facilities located within the boundaries of the map attached to this solicitation as “Zone 2”. Contractors may work under this contract in other zones at the request of the City. The zones are defined as follows: Zone 2: Boundaries extend from Calliope Street, to Earhart Boulevard, to Claiborne Avenue, to Iberville Street, to Rampart Street, to Esplanade Avenue, to Carrollton Avenue, to City Park Avenue, to Metairie Road, to Bamboo Road, to Monticello Avenue, to the Mississippi River. Zone 2: Boundaries extend from the 17th Street Canal to Metairie Road, to City Park Avenue, to Carrollton Avenue, to Esplanade Avenue, to the Mississippi River, to the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal, to Lake Pontchartrain. Zone 2: Boundaries extend from the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal to the Mississippi River, to the boundary line separating the Parish of Orleans and the Parish of St Bernard, to Lake Borgne, to The Rigolets, to Lake Pontchartrain.
