Proposals should indicate the benefits and integration process for each. • Cost Structure: Provide a detailed pricing structure for both the renewal of existing licenses and any additional services offered. This should include itemized costs, potential package discounts, and flexible pricing options that cater to varying levels of service adoption. • Contract Flexibility: Proposals should accommodate the flexibility to add or reduce services and licenses as needed during the contract period.
