Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide a new, complete addressable fire alarm system as described herein and on the contract drawings for BWS Kalihi Pump Station. The system shall include all wiring, raceways, pull boxes, terminal cabinets, outlet and mounting boxes, control equipment, alarm, and supervisory signal initiating devices, alarm notification appliances, and all other accessories and miscellaneous items required for a complete operating system even though each item is not specifically mentioned or described. All new fire alarm equipment, notification devices, and associated conduit and wiring to be installed prior to removal of existing system. The new fire alarm panel provided shall be compatible with the existing fire alarm monitor/control system at BWS Beretania Control Center. A new managed network switch compatible with the new fire alarm panel and existing fire alarm monitoring/control system shall be provided to enable communication between the new panel and existing monitoring/control system. Contractor to reprogram existing fire alarm monitoring system at Beretania to enable remote monitoring and control of the new fire alarm system at Kalihi Pump Station.
