The Office of State Procurement seeks to establish a Statewide Term Contract with an authorized reseller for certain Rapid7 Vulnerability Software products and related services as listed and in accordance with all requirements stated herein. South Carolina agencies and political subdivisions have a need for vulnerability software that alerts them to, protects them from, and assists them in correcting weaknesses in state governmental IT systems and assets that can be exploited by a threat source. This solicitation includes within its scope Nexpose, Rapid7’s network scanning/vulnerability product line, and MetaSploit, Rapid7’s proprietary penetration testing product line. Offerors must be capable of supplying all categories of products and services contemplated by this solicitation. At all times throughout the life of the contract, the awarded Contractor must be an authorized Rapid7 Value Added Reseller or Distributor. In addition to the software, the State’s needs include software support services related to in-scope NeXpose and MetaSploit products and maintenance.
