Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Interpretation Services: a) Interpretation Services available during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm) and at other times as required for a term to begin July 1, 2024 through the entire contract term of PRF75: Foreign Language Interpretation and Translation Services including any extensions or options to renew such contract, presently set to expire on June 30, 2026, an as needed basis and scheduled based upon the DOL’s need. Interpreters will need to be audible by all parties and may be recorded or transcribed as needed. b) Interpretation Services may include In-person, Telephonic or Video Remote 2. Translation Services: a) Translation of DOL provided documents. b) Quality Assurance/Control of DOL documents that have already been translated. 3. Clear process to request interpretation and translation services 4. Provide a detailed, easy to understand quote in a timely manner. 5. Provide quick clarification as needed. 6. Provide translated document(s) in timely manner in same format as the original document
