The scope of the Project includes, but is not limited to, the following*: 1. Selective Demolition 2. Carpentry 3. Architectural Casework 4. Metal framing, Gypsum Board, Paint, Flooring, Insulation 5. Shower and Toilet Accessories, Wall Protection 6. Thermal and Moisture Protection 7. Doors and Windows 8. Mechanical Support 9. Fire Suppression System 10. Plumbing - Water Distribution System 11. Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) 12. Electrical and lighting 13. Communications Systems 14. Access Control, Safety and Security Systems. The scope of the Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following: Interior renovation of two existing rooms (located on the first and second floors) into one, three room Seclusion Room Suite (located on the third floor). The new suite will include a seclusion room, bathroom, and an ante/observation room. The pre-existing rooms on floors 1 and 2, are below a pre-existing seclusion room suite on floor 3 and match the layout of the third-floor suite. No changes to use, square footage or type of construction are required.
