The Contractor will be required to provide the following deliverables: 1. One-Stop Certification of Centers (TBD) 2. Executed Resource Sharing Agreements, includes timely, quarterly reconciliation (TBD) 3. Business Plans for each Center (or one Business Plan for the region with subsections for each Center) 4. At a minimum, meet all performance measures (WIOA measures, Business Plan, CWDB goals, customer satisfaction, etc.) 5. Ongoing, executed Staff Development and Training plan for all WorkSource Coastal One-Stop/Job Center staff, includes partners 6. Maintain operations of affiliate of WorkSource Coastal satellite service locations 7. Coordinate all services and program in the WorkSource Coastal One-Stop/Job Centers 8. Ongoing participation in workforce development related community events 9. Ongoing collaboration and information sharing with the CWDB/WorkSource Coastalstaff 10. Promotion and marketing of the WorkSource Coastal One-Stop/Job Centers 11. Ensure workshops are scheduled on a monthly basis 12. Partner coverage for resource rooms 13. Up-to-date and executed Outreach plan for the WorkSource Coastal One-Stop/Job Center System Centers 14. Expend a minimum of 90% of total grant 15. Other goals that support the Scope of Work outlined in this RFP
