Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Surveillance services will be on a as needed basis as requested by Court Compliance staff for offenders convicted of alcohol-related or other misdemeanor offenses. The compliance officer will request the services by referral form. B. Visit must be completed on date requested per referral form and reported back to compliance officer within a week of surveillance check. a. If the offender has a violent background, it will be stated in the referral form. b. Verification of successful visit attempt will be done with a digital photo of location with a date/time stamp. c. Verification of unsuccessful visit attempts will be done with a digital photo of the location with a date/time stamp. d. Should the first visit attempt be unsuccessful, a second attempt is required within 24-48 hours of the first visit attempt. e. At the first unsuccessful visit attempt a notice will be left advising the offender an attempt was made. f. At the second unsuccessful visit attempt a notice will be left advising the offender an attempt was made, and they must contact their compliance officer withing 24 hours. C. Scheduling of visits will be agreed upon with vendor. Visits must be completed and reported back within a week of the requested visit. D. Contractor and any employee(s) under the contract providing these services must have a valid driver's license and not have had a DWI conviction within the past three (3) years. E. Contractor must be able to obtain, purchase, and use breathalyzer/mouth swabs for testing offenders.
