Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Bridgeport Public Schools (BPS) Building Operations is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide maintenance and repair services for Custodial Equipment & Floor Machines. The Company shall be able to respond to calls for service within 72 hours. Services shall include all labor, materials, equipment, travel and supervision if required for all custodial equipment and floor machines listed herein. As custodial equipment is essential and time is of the essence, service that can be completed on site will be favorable. Services will be provided throughout the 38 Board of Education (BOE) facilities on an as needed basis. Company must be capable, experienced, and licensed/certified to perform all services. Workers must be factory trained/certified. Your Price Proposal must reflect all costs for which the BOE will be responsible.
