Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work involved in this contractual agreement is to facilitate the processing and removal of debris gathered from the ice storm of January 2024. The debris has been gathered at various stockpile sites located throughout the County. Contractor will process and remove all materials from the following sites: Hendricks Park, Sunderman Rd. The details of the 2 stockpile sites are listed in the tables below. Contractor is responsible for all required traffic control (see Oregon Temporary Traffic Control Handbook). Contractor must notify Keith McGarvey, Road Maintenance Superintendent at 541-682- 6908, prior starting work and when work is completed. Contractor will notify County of final disposition and quantity of all debris removed from sites). Stockpile site conditions must be clear of all debris including, but not limited to leaves, pine needles, wood chips, sticks, etc. in accordance County staff guidance.
