Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Agency is issuing this RFQ to purchase: software: cloud-based (software as a service); services: training; We are interested in one of two products to serve this purpose: Twilio or WhoIAm’s BRIMS. Please assume that we start off with approximately 350,000 SMS and voice calls for MFA purposes per month. Within the next year, this is expected to increase to as many as 500,000 SMS and voice calls per month. We reserve the right to review comparable products if it meets all the requirements. The product must support these 7 languages: English, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Chinese simplified, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. We are able to provide all translated copy for SMS messages. For voice calls, we are open to providing our own voice recordings in each language or providing copy for automated or other voice services provided by the product. Over time, we will need to be able to continuously expand the number of languages provided (36+ languages possible). Approximate numbers to use as a basis for pricing are as follows: • 400,000 SMS messages and voice calls monthly • 10 administrator seats • Dedicated account representative preferred; The solution must be scalable. Bidder must incorporate pricing for growth.
