Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Independent Contractor Services sought in this RFP are intended for Consultant to take charge of the site planning objectives and preparation for City of Ephraim under the direction of City staff. The successful proposal will include preparation and administration of the following deliverables: 1. Phase 1 Environmental Assessment 2. Site Boundary Survey 3. Geotechnical/Soils Study 4. Floor plan for any proposed buildings (City will work with building supplier for exterior design of structures) 5. Site grading plan 6. Site Utility Plan, including extension of necessary main lines to the site 7. Site drainage plan 8. Offsite road and utility engineering to bring the road and necessary utilities to the site 9. Preparation of construction plans and documents 10. Preparation of bid documents and assistance with bid process for selection of contractors for construction 11. Assistance with construction management during construction
