Specifications include, but are not limited to: Building General Specifications 1. A pitched roof structure with separate male and female restrooms, whose long axis runs parallel to the AG Arena. 2. Roofing material: PBR metal panels, 26-gauge, color – Galvalume. 3. The building should be not less than 10 feet nor more than 20 feet from the outer edge of the arena. See the attached Site Reference Image. Note: Image is not to scale and is for reference purposes only. 4. The exterior and interior walls shall be constructed using 8x8x16 concrete block with a finish coating of epoxy paint. The interior colors will be white, and the exterior color must match as closely as possible to the exterior metal panels of the Aquicultural Building. 5. The proposer shall recommend the building’s dimensions based on the requirements herein. Plumbing Specifications 1. The building will be tied into an existing septic system near the back of the existing soccer/multi-purpose field. The proposer is responsible for tying into the system. 2. The building will tie into an existing 2” water line. The proposer is responsible for tying into the system. 3. Hot water is required to be provided to each lavatory and a mop. 4. There shall be a secure hose bib in both the interior male and female rooms. The location must be free from obstructions. This will be a cold-water connection. Electrical Specifications 1. The building should have adequate electrical service to handle interior and exterior lighting, outlets, HVAC, and hot water. 2. All electrical will meet existing code requirements. 3. All lighting shall be LED and provide adequate lighting in all areas. 4. All lighting controls shall be motion activated using a ceiling mounted ultrasonic sensor.
