Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Heritage District covers approximately 0.3 square miles and includes the original Town site, the commercial areas on both sides of Gilbert Road south of Juniper Avenue, and the residential neighborhoods east and west of Gilbert Road between the Western Powerline Trail and Elliot Road. The Town of Gilbert is nearing completion of a master planning effort for a comprehensive wayfinding signage family for Gilbert’s Downtown Heritage District. This effort includes preliminary designs of a wayfinding sign family and a phased approach to fabrication and installation of the signs. The Town of Gilbert is seeking a company to complete both the fabrication and installation of Phase I of wayfinding signs in the Heritage District. There are approximately 80 signs proposed for the first phase of installation and the preliminary design drawings of each sign type are included. The selected company shall be able to fabricate and install each sign type included in the sign family as generally proposed in the preliminary designs. The exact quantity of signs for the pricing is included as an attachment. This project is desired to be completed by the end of 2024 and the selected company shall be available to completed both the fabrication and installation within this timeframe.
