Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 Private LTE Network Sites The Cooperative is installing additional Private LTE Radio Access Networks (RAN) in several phases and requesting pricing per tower installation to include design, engineering, permitting, geotechnical soil testing, and installation services for varying quantities of 60ʹ and 80ʹ direct-embedment monopole telecommunications towers, with stand-offs and mounting poles for LTE RAN and backhaul equipment. 3.2 Materials, Design, Engineering, and Installation Services Tower heights will be 60ʹ and 80ʹ elevation above-ground, supporting one level of wireless equipment at 55′ and 75′ heights (respectively). The tower shall be designed, constructed, and installed to support the minimum loading of the proposed telecommunications equipment outlined below. District-provided wireless equipment to be installed by Contractor with tower: 4 × LTE radios with mounts (100 lb. each). 4 × LTE antennas with mounts and cabling (50 lb. each). 2 × backhaul radios (50 lb. each). Contractor-provided and installed with tower: 2 × quad mounts (galvanized, supporting 2 standoff arms each). 8 × standoff arms (24ʺ long, galvanized, two arms each to support one vertical mounting pole). 4 × mounting poles (2³/₈ʺ dia. × 8′ long, galvanized, supporting LTE & backhaul equipment).
