Include Concrete saw cut for inside safety and free exit traffic loops with sealant to protect the cable. 7. Outside weatherproof programmable keypad with mounting support 8. Check Gates(s) and controls for proper operation. 9. Include lead times for fabrication and material procurement in the bid. 10. Work to be performed during regular business hours Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. 11. Work needs to be completed before July 1st, 2024. 12. Includes Material, Tax, Asphalt/Concrete sawing, asphalt/concrete demo/removal and patch. 13. Labor will be priced at the Prevailing wage rate. 14. Include 120V electrical with service disconnect for operator per NEC 2023. B. Rollup Door 1. (1) replace old operator with new lift master 2HP heavy duty operator (or equal) with My Q app opening capability. 2. 50 link drive chain. 3. Install new open/close/stop button on the inside of the facility. 4. Safety eye sensor and all associated hardware and final connections. 5. Outside keypad (weather tight). 6. 4- clicker type remote controls. 7. Re – use existing power. Disconnect means must comply with NEC Electrical code. 8. Remove all old equipment off site. 9. Provide 1 year industry standard warranty. 10. Include all equipment ,materials for a complete installation. 11. Ensure new operator is tested and operating properly...
