Specifications include, but are not limited to: Each vehicle shall be equipped to meet all applicable federal and state Highway Specifications, Interstate Commerce Commission specifications and local specifications, safety standards, emission requirements, and handicap provisions. Any company that is used as a subcontractor MUST also be on the CCPS qualified list of charter bus service providers. 1.3 The driver shall not smoke or operate a cell phone while performing the services provided herein. 1.4 The Proponent shall be responsible for paying all toll charges, licenses, fees, taxes, parking fees, violation fines, and other operating costs incurred by the Proponent. 1.5 The Proponent’s driver must have precise directions to the specified locations upon arrival at CCPS, and not rely on CCPS staff. 1.6 The Charter Bus must arrive at Pick-Up location at least thirty (30) minutes prior to departure.
