Specifications include, but are not limited to: Oakland Community Health Network (OCHN) would like to partner with a qualified vendor to provide First Aid Equipment at two locations. 1. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, and equipment. 2. All work must be done in strict accordance with applicable OSHA and other safety regulations. No part of the work may be subcontracted to individuals or other companies. 3. All work shall be closely coordinated with OCHN’s Facilities Director or designee and no work shall begin until authorized by OCHN. OCHN requires that the selected Contractor call OCHN at least two business days prior to the date that on-site servicing will be done. The service is to be provided during regular business hours when OCHN staff is available to check in and accompany the representative from the Contractor. Emergency one (1) day delivery service may be required on occasion. 4. All Contractor personnel must have uniforms or visible ID badges that identifies them as the Contractor's employee. 5. The Contractor shall supply and deliver an initial stock of general purpose first aid kits with supplies and Life Safety equipment to designated locations. A. The brand to be furnished must be indicated and no substitutions or brands will be accepted after awarding of the bid, unless notified by the vendor. B. The contractor is required to mount and install the First Aid Kits and Life Safety equipment. 6. The Contractor shall provide monthly maintenance of first aid and life safety supplies. A. The service personnel shall clean, organize, inspect and restock supplies. B. Replenishing the contents that shall meet or exceed the minimum requirement for workplace First Aid Kits based on location as described by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Make recommendations on what to replace with the Facilities Director or designee for approval.
