Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide person/family-centered clinical and/or medical services for children, youth, and families in Oakland County that expand upon the service array available through the OCHN system of care. • Partner with OCHN to increase access to specialized clinical and/or medical services that benefit children and youth served in the OCHN system. • Join a comprehensive partnership network with OCHN and its contracted behavioral health providers to enhance care coordination to improve health outcomes for individuals served in the OCHN system. • Collaborate with OCHN to develop and implement innovative services. • Provide continuous improvement in quality and consistency for the services through collaboration, innovation data collection and continuous improvement processes.
