Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Minnesota Department of Human Services, through its Aging and Disabilities Services Administration Division (STATE), is seeking proposals from qualified Responders to provide a twenty-four-hour, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty-five days a year (24/7/365) statewide contact center services for the common entry point (CEP) established by the commissioner under Minnesota Statute Section 626.557, to accept web and phone reports of suspected abuse, neglect and financial exploitation of vulnerable adults from professionals, providers licensed by the Department of Human Services or the Minnesota Department of Health and from the public. The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be for two (2) years, from July 1, 2024 until June 30, 2026. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
