Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform Pole Inspection and Treatment through 10% of the District’s roughly 8,000 distribution and transmission poles annually. This will be a comprehensive inspection program which will include inspection of Distribution and Transmission poles utilizing a full‐excavate program with treatment. This program includes the inspection and treatment of poles, capturing specific NESC Violations, verification/collection of other attributes at the pole, as well as an inventory of streetlights (both stand‐ alone structures as well as fixed lights to utility poles). The District will provide a mutually agreeable list of specific NESC violations that will be reported. CONTRACTOR will inspect 1/10th (one tenth) of the District’s system each year.
