Specifications include, but are not limited to: Install new 16” control valve assembly with solenoid control at new location on 20” transmission line, including solenoid control valve, by-pass with isolation valve, and appurtenances. Control valve shall be installed in above ground configuration at the Nanakuli Booster station. Connect new control valve to existing underground transmission line including all piping, fittings, reaction blocks, trenching, backfill, excavation, spot repair of AC pavement, and appurtenant work. Work shall include repaving and striping within City jurisdiction. Install new underground duct lines between new control valve and booster station control room, including trenching and all appurtenant work. Install new wall-mounted control valve control panel in Nanakuli Booster Station control room. Control panel shall include electrical and instrumentation systems and associated components for the new control valve. Modify the existing MCC telecommunication cabinet to accept connection to new control valve control panel, including all internal devices and wiring and required connections to the existing RTU. Provide power and wiring and new conduits for new control valve, including all junction boxes, supports, appurtenances, and associated work. Provide Outback inverter/charger system and associated batteries or approved equal in an enclosed battery cabinet with battery trays, and all appurtenant work for uninterruptible power supply for SCADA system components, security, and gauge board equipment.
