Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Two new Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) to house new well equipment and emergency water treatment equipment. 2. Refurbishment of an existing well with a new variable speed well pump with new accessories, bag filters, control valves and hydropneumatic tank. 3. Two 30,000-gallon direct buried domestic water storage tanks with an associated overflow pump vault. 4. New equipment in the Treatment Building: distribution pumps and pump vault, disinfection chemical generator and monitoring/chemical injection equipment, and sump pumps. 5. New 8” domestic water site piping and new control valves for automatic control. 6. New site sanitary piping support drainage requirements at the new building. 7. New electrical site revisions including removal of a utility pole with PGE directed revisions to redo electrical service feeds to two existing building, new electrical services to both the well building and an existing pole barn building. 8. New electrical power infrastructure for the well building and treatment building for power for new equipment and pumps as well as new emergency generator and transfer switch. 9. New fiber optic cabling that will connect the new buildings to the hospital LAN.
