Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Awarded Bidder shall provide and maintain its own food preparation equipment, food handling equipment, and food delivery vehicle to ensure food safety during transport B. The Awarded Bidder shall provide up to 660 lunches daily to 7440 Jim McDowell Rd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87121 (“Shelter”). This will include meals designated as ”special diets” to safely serve the needs of individuals with medical or religious dietary restrictions. Examples include but are not limited to meals that accommodate diabetes, high blood pressure, kosher diets, vegan diets, etc. C. Quantities of meals will vary based on needs and will be determined by City Staff according to the population at the Shelter. The City will email the Awarded Bidder a minimum of five (5) days in advance with the count of meals for the following week to include “special diet” meals. D. The Awarded Bidder shall confirm receipt of the number of meals to be provided by return email. E. Pre-packaged, individual meals shall be delivered between 11:30am to 12:30PM to the Shelter. F. All meals shall be delivered in a ready-to-eat state, individually portioned, to the Shelter. G. Meals shall not in any instance be prepared, assembled, or reheated in any way at the Shelter.
