A. Historical Resource Assessments to evaluate the historic and architectural significance of a property and determine whether or not structures are potentially significant. B. Project-related design review of discretionary projects (additions, remodels, etc.) to ensure consistency with the Secretary of Interior’s Standards. C. Review of Accessory Dwelling Units under the Secretary's Standards, when an ADU is proposed on a lot with a potentially significant primary dwelling. Optional/Additional Tasks: D. Preparation and processing of environmental documents required for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). E. Assist with development of Historic Resource Handouts and other public information. F. Assist with Historic Preservation Plans & Ordinances. G. Historic Building/Resource Survey.
