Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Provide a turn-key proposal to provide supplementary cooling for D-Block and Booking D-Block - Add 3-tons of cooling capacity Booking – Add 2-tons of cooling capacity 2. Scope of Work to include all Labor and Materials to install: (1) Mitsubishi or equivalent 3-ton high wall evaporator and matching condenser mini split system High Wall evaporator location TBD. The condenser will be mounted to equipment rails located on the roof. (1) Mitsubishi or equivalent 2-ton high wall evaporator and matching condenser mini split system High Wall evaporator location TBD. The condenser will be mounted to equipment rails located on the roof. MHK2 wireless controllers for each system The controller is to be covered with a metal thermostat box. Install an Aspen Mini White or comparable mini split condensate pump for each evaporator. Condensate tubing is to be routed to the roof. Installation to include A high-voltage circuit for each condenser (2) equipment rails for each condenser (2) pitch pockets for refrigeration/condensation lines Warranty: 1-year LABOR, 1-year PARTS, 5-year COMPRESSOR Final Inspection
