Specifications include, but are not limited to: Design a series of six sets of architectural and engineering plans for community centers to be built across the state of Kansas. Required Drawings: a. For the RFP, Commerce requires conceptual renderings to get a general understanding of the designs. These include: i. Floor plan with square footage ii. Renderings iii. Estimated budget b. Once chosen, the firm will need to provide full architectural and engineering plans and specifications will be needed for each of the six models. These include, but are not limited to: i. Elevations ii. Foundation plan iii. Roof framing plan iv. Section view v. Electrical plan vi. Plumbing, sanitation, and water plan vii. Mechanical plan viii. Detailed budget
