The objectives of this engagement are to: Assess State organization’s readiness to adopt project portfolio management (PPM) processes and capabilities. Design and implement a foundational Project Online solution that helps state business processes to support overall Project Online onboarding initiative. Provide the State with onsite functional, technical, and project management assistance that helps complete the state activities that are required for the transition to Project Online. Implement the following state-requested enhanced enablement activities into the overall Project Online onboarding initiative. Project Online enhanced enablement activities include help with documentation, review, iteration, and revision of recommended project management and PPM processes that align with the state business requirements in the following areas: Project intake and portfolio management; Resource management; Schedule management; Issues and risk management
