Install per manufacturer's recommendations & specifications. Existing wood door and hardware shall be salvaged by owner. Transaction window specifications; Provide clear anodized 6061-t6 aluminum window frame, clear coated poly window, Armortex or approved equal by owner, 24" x 36", UL Ballistic level 8 protection, 1 1/2" x 6" frames. Install per manufacturer's recommendations & specifications. Provide Armortex speak thru and transaction deal tray at transaction window. Wall type specifications; Provide reinforced fiberglass ballistic panels on nominal 4" nominal metal studs, Armorcore or approved equal by owner, UL ballistic Level 8 protection, 1 7/16" thickness, 4" wide batten strip at each seam. Install per manufacturer's recommendations & specifications. Finish each side of wall assembly with ½" gypsum board, contractor will coordinate with client to match existing wall color using owner provided paint. Paint new wall + door to match. Misc component specifications; Contractor will coordinate with client to relocate/replace security camera, thermostat, light switch, outlet, horn/strobe, exit sign, and smoke detector to new wall location. Any new products shall be approved equal by the owner to replace existing components. Contractor will coordinate with client to locate and rewire systems and components listed above in new wall assembly. Provide covenant security stainless steel 46" writing ledge or approved equal by the owner where noted. Install per manufacturer installation instructions and recommendations. Contractor will coordinate with client to relocate/replace card-reader entry and controlled access systems for entry door to new wall location. New products shall be compatible with existing access controls. Coordinate with owner. Contractor will coordinate with client to locate and rewire components in new wall and door assembly
