Specifications include, but are not limited to: The survey should be completed utilizing A2 (lane group) methods and segment breaks at County Road intersections while traveling at 5-7 miles per hour during daylight hours. Road rating shall be evaluated according to the classification, severity and extent criteria established by the Pavement Management Association (NWPMA) (Current Edition).
