A Job Order Contract is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual Projects at different locations within the Airport’s South Campus and its surrounding properties. The South Campus locations include, but are not limited to, the following: • Main Terminal and Concourses Complex • Short Term Garage (Employee Garage) • Southside Utilities Building (Water/Fire Pumps/Electrical) • Sewer Lift Station Sites • ARFF Station • Airfield Maintenance Facility and Warehouse • All Buildings in Lafon Airpark • West Cargo Ramps • Guard Gate Shack(s) • Fed Ex Building • Delta GSE Building • Access Road – Southside • Airport-owned properties and facilities on the west side of the Airport • Other potential properties not listed above
