Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide a two-day professional learning session three (3) to four (4) times per year. Each professional learning session will target school principals and teacher teams focused on Fostering Collective Teacher Efficacy. Each session is anticipated to have approximately 100 participants. 2. Provide virtual follow-up meetings after each session to connect with participants, build continued knowledge, and build a community of practice. a. Facilitate two to three 90-minute virtual sessions for school leadership following each two-day learning event. Each virtual session is anticipated to have approximately 30-50 participants. i. Review and connect (tentatively 3-4 weeks after in-person event). ii. Dig Deeper (tentatively 6-8 weeks after in-person event). iii. Final Check-in (optional – possibly 12 weeks after event). 3. Provide a survey for schools to measure current and growth in collective efficacy enabling conditions. a. Offered up to three (3) times in a span of 24 months. b. Provided digitally. c. Provide a report summary of survey results to USBE and school. d. Schedule a 90-minute virtual support session to review survey results.
