Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor shall make software updates available for download on the Infor Customer support portal. The County is responsible for downloading and applying the updates. 2. The contractor must be authorized to provide maintenance and support for Infor Public Sector (IPS) components including patches, service releases and bug fixes. 3. The contractor must have been in the business of providing IPS components solutions for government or other clients for at least five (5) years. 4. The contractor must provide a client history to demonstrate service for IPS components. 5. Provide toll-free technical support through a help desk for technical issues relating to the installation and use of the licensed software (IPS). Telephone support shall be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
