Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project includes the following Work: The project will construct a new connector street from STH 13 to Community Drive, approximately 550 feet; and a new frontage road south of the connector street, approximately 470 feet. Both roadway widths measure 34 feet from back of curb to back of curb and consist of 4-inch asphalt pavement over 8-inch base aggregate over 12-inches of select crushed material with SAS fabric and drain tile. The project also includes new storm sewer catch basins, leads and a bio-retention stormwater basin. The project also includes work on the STH 13 median including curb & gutter and pavement removal, storm sewer removal, street lighting and pull box removal as well as new street lighting, conduit and concrete based, median restoration and paving. The anticipated substantial completion date is September 13, 2024 and final completion date is September 27, 2024.
