Specifications include, but are not limited to: Requirement: The vehicle must be brand new, with no previous owner (model year 2024 or 2025) and delivered to DHS with mileage not greater than 500 miles. VR4: Vendors will describe the make, model and year of production for the solution vehicle and measures to be taken to ensure mileage will not be greater than 500 miles at time of delivery. Requirement: The vehicle solution must meet the following characteristics: • The vehicle is to be of a van or conversion type vehicle and not of a box-type that can be operated legally without a Commercial Driver’s License. • The vehicle may be gasoline powered or proposer may offer a hybrid alternative energy vehicle. • The vehicle must be AWD (All Wheel Drive), or a manufacturer approved 4 x 4-wheel drive conversion. • The vehicle must have a warranty for customization equal to or better than OEM offered. • Vehicle must be remote-start capable. • The vehicle must have a back-up camera, also called reversing camera or rearview camera. • The vehicle must be delivered with three (3) keys and a full tank of gasoline/fuel. • The vehicle must have cruise control capability. VR5: The Vendor must describe how the solution satisfies all eight (8) requirements stated above (also listed in Attachment E – Performance and Support Requirements).
