Frequent outreach and personalized messaging can enhance the prospective student experience and increase their connection to an individual college. CPTC uses PeopleSoft for its core system, which does not have adequate support to enter data, analyze patterns, and communicate frequently via email and messaging with prospective students not enrolled in the College currently. Having a centralized system for tracking contacts with prospective students across all campus departments will lead to efficiencies and a reduction in duplicative contact.
