Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Pigeon Forge(“City”)is requesting Proposals for the purpose of obtaining a quality and affordable community fireworks display on July 4,2024in conjunction with its annual Patriot Festival celebration. The City’s needs are outlined in the following Request for Proposal (RFP). A. The final contract amount shall be inclusive of, but not limited to, all shells, set-up, labor, insurance, equipment, materials, supplies, pre-show conferences, sound tracks, clean up, post-show wrap-up meetings and other items as necessary to perform the show. B. Contractor shall conduct a site visit with the City no later than three weeks prior to fireworks show date. At that time, Contractor shall review all site conditions and the requirements for set-up with City staff. C. At least three weeks prior to the show, the vendor shall submit for City approval, a CD of choreographed music or MP3, to be aired live and over the radio, to accompany the fireworks show (patriotic, Independence Day-type music); selected and produced by vendor. D. Pyro-technician(s) must be prepared to stay at launch site once fireworks are set up through launching. Since the City launches from private property, contractor must guarantee site clean-up within twelve (12) hours of shoot. (Clean up to be provided immediately after shoot or early the next morning).
